Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak shopping periods.

From time to time, Mzansi Showers may offer FREE Shipping on selected products and promotions.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Please note the following:

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • We only offer exchanges for products that are faulty or defective due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • The product must be returned with all original accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for exchange.

If your product develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of receiving your order, we will inspect the product and, if the fault is confirmed, we will replace it with the same item or an equivalent product at no additional cost.

Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper use, or normal wear and tear.
